Josh Watts - Youth Pastor I am so excited to be a part of this ministry.  The only thing more exciting in my life, is my family.  I am lucky enough to have a beautiful wife, Shannon, and four awesome kids - Addilae, Rylah, Emmalyn, and my little man, Talcot.  I am also a proud Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins fan.  Straight Street has and continues to be a place where God changes lives.  It is so cool that I get to hang with the students and leaders there.  God is good!
	Straight Street Leadership Team Straight Street is also blessed with a phenomenal leadership team of loving and caring adults.  Each student that is involved in our ministry is placed into a small group that is led by one of our leaders.  These small groups are crucial to students' lives, as they provide a place for them to be authentic and understood.  In addition, the atmosphere is ripe for learning and development as they engage God's Word and seek to know how His unchanging message is relevant to their lives.  Our leaders are loved by the kids and nothing says it more than some of our famous leader aliases - Chrome Dome, Cocoa Butter, and Sandals [to name a few].
